I started Swartz Contracting in 1987 and never did I imagine the number of satisfied customers that we would service over the years.
Over the years we have completed projects from storm doors to full remodels, from kitchen fire repairs to whole house fire damage repair. Swartz Contracting has enjoyed great success. That success can be attributed in part to the loyal and dedicated employees that place customer service as their number one priority. Satisfied, repeat customers have also fueled our growth.
Today, customer service is our top business focus. We achieve top quality customer service by returning our customer’s phone calls in a timely manner, answering questions as soon as they arise during the estimating and construction process and by making quality assurance phone calls during and after the construction process.
I am proud to say that we service all of the major regional and national insurance carriers. We have extensive relationships with insurance related vendors that help expedite your claim.
Swartz Contracting offers 24/7/365 emergency services to a 12 county area in northwest, west central and north central Ohio. We stand behind our work and therefore we offer a five year warranty on all of our workmanship. This warranty is second to none in the restoration and remodeling field.
Our employees are neatly uniformed and our vehicles are clean and identifiable. Each of our employees from office to field staff are empathetic to the needs of our customers during any restoration project. Our staff also has excellent communications skills that are needed to effectively meet our customer’s needs.
